Loverly V. Bernabe-Paredes has been serving as a youth leader since 2018, beginning her public service journey as a Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Lucap. Now on her second term, she also serves as the SK Federation President of Alaminos City, working closely with 39 barangays to bring youth-centered programs to the grassroots, and as Secretary of the SK Provincial Board of Pangasinan, where she contributes to shaping youth development policies.
A proud graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering major in Structural Engineering at the University of Luzon, Loverly combines technical expertise with a deep passion for leadership. She is also a Licensed and Certified Safety Officer III, a credential that underscores her commitment to safety, strategic planning, and responsible governance.
Among her proudest accomplishments is authoring and lobbying for the City Youth Development Council (CYDC) Ordinance, which institutionalized youth representation in policymaking and ensured sustainable funding for youth programs.
Her leadership excellence has earned her numerous awards, including being recognized as one of the Top 5 Outstanding SK Federation Presidents in Pangasinan, the Meritorious Public Service Award (2023), the Excellence in Public Service Award (2024), the Councilor of the Year — Greater Good Achievers Leadership Awards (2024), and the prestigious National Outstanding Youth Leader of the Year — Saludo Excellence Awards (2025).
Guided by her principle, “Para sa Kabataan, Kilos Kabataang Alaminians.” Loverly continues to embody purposeful, inclusive, and compassionate leadership — proving that true leadership is not measured by titles, but by lives touched and communities uplifted.
